Rule governance

Every rule, every change, every check

Safety rules change through a lifecycle: a request, an AI triage, a safety review, a human decision, a pipeline. This page reads that lifecycle live from the public GitLab project. Agents propose; people approve.

1. Rules catalogue

Every rule the counter check applies, built from the real rule data in the repository. The risk class says how serious a wrong answer from the rule would be: Better to skip is HIGH, Check first is MEDIUM, preferences and notes are LOW.

2. Change requests

Issues of the public GitLab project. The triage flow reads each request, sets the area:: and risk:: labels and posts one note.

3. Safety reviews

Merge requests and the verdict of the safety review flow. The flow never approves or merges: a person decides. Merge requests opened before the flow existed show no review.

4. Pipeline health

The latest pipelines on main: verify, secure, package, deploy (manual), monitor and govern. A manual deploy shows as waiting, on purpose: a person approves production.
